Chapter 4 Faith
3.How can a christian develop Bible faith?

1. Identify the need/situation/area of our lives we want to trust God for
2. Bring it specifically to the Lord in prayer
3. Claim and meditate on His promises in the Bible for that particular need
4. Invite Jesus Christ into that situation by acknowledging his ability to handle it better than us
5. Determine in our minds to hand it over to him completely
6. Act on this determination to resist taking things in our own hands
7. Obey and so what he ask us to do
8. Exercise faith in little things where you can experience his goodness and faithfulness. Then your faith will be built up to trust him with bigger issues in your life.

Faith has to do with what God is doing, not what we're feeling. God looks into our intentions and purposes more than emotions. For exampls, we may not feel like doing something but when we do it because we know it pleases God, God is pleased.

God is always in control. He loves you and He will not let harm befall upon you. Continue to seek Him, trust Him and acknowledge Him in all circumstances!
